My Baby Company requested us to design two different surveys to improve the quality of their baby diapers based on the survey results. The questionnaires included general questions about comfort, fit, and more. In another part of the survey, parents were asked to take specific measurements. My role was to design questionnaires, a parent’s dashboard, and a Landing page.
